Adamawa Region: Governor, Celebrated in Hometown After Recognition In Yaoundé




Elhadj Kildadi Taguieké Boucar, Governor of the Adamawa region returned to an atmosphere filled with Fanfare in his hometown, organized by the inhabitants of Ngaoundére, celebrating the award he recieved after the meeting involving Governors in Yaoundé.

The celebration comes after the meeting, the Governor of the Adamawa Region attended in Yaoundé, a bi-annual conference of Regional Governors for the 2021 financial year in Yaoundé, which had him recieve recognition from the Head of State, President Paul Biya.

After the session in Yaoundé, he Was elevated in dignity to
the Commander of the National Order of Valor, with this news recieved in great joy upon his return to his area if command, the Adamawa Region.


The population mobilized themselves in great numbers to greet his return with songs, dances and shouts of joy through the streets, with close supervision from the police who ensured the safety of the population who came out jubilating.

The Governor used the opportunity to encourage the people to live in Peace and Harmony, combatting societal ills, and help one another in difficulty, in order to realize a stronger Community together.



The atmosphere was like a carnival, in the residence of Elhadj Kildadi Taguieké Boucar where the party continued late into the night with visits from the various traditional chiefs and other personalities of the region.
