NtaCCUL's 38th AGM: Elections conducted, Dust Settles..



Barrister Bih Miranda Epouse Akumah, President Elect of NtaCCUL 

Barrister Bih Miranda Epouse Akumah is NtaCCUL's New President. She received massive support from members of the union when she embarked on the Presidential race with Achiri Placid, who now assumes position of Vice President.

An onlooker told Civiclens that her victory came by acclamation from the members.

"....it was a landslide victory, there was no need to vote"...

Candidates 

Her team is groomed by very vibrant youths who thirst for greater innovations at the helm of the institution. 

2 men and 3 women were voted in as Board of Directors; Lum Eunice Che, Chi Chrysantus Fon, Fru Doris Ade, Dingha Sama and Akumawa Nee Margaret. 

2 Men were retained for the Supervisory board; Tse Chrispo Nche and Chi Captain Anye.

The General Assembly of Ntarinkon Cooperative Credit Union voted for these candidates on February 2nd at the Bamenda Congress hall. Members have entrusted the growth of the microfinance institution into the hands of these persons.


Board Member NtaCCUL 

 Chi Chrysantus Fon, Popularly known as Baryskido International was born on Jan 4th 1990. He is a young dynamic person, has been in business since 2010. He advocates for a financially strong union made of members to improve  and further expand the microfinance institution.


Board Member NtaCCUL 

Dingha Sama Born in 2nd February 1984 is a results driven marketing and sales proficient with 17+ years of experience in marketing of medical equipment.He has proven track records of increasing personnel management and collaboration with colleagues. He is focused on bringing in more members to NtaCCUL and ensuring that the institution witnesses a growth in membership.

Board Member NtaCCUL 

Fru Doris is an accountant with over 15 years of experience in the field of accounting, finance administration and management. She has provides administrative support, managed records, maintained filing system, supervised teams and coordinated tasks and also ensuring timely completion of projects. She advocates for transparency, great customer care and equal opportunities for members of NtaCCUL.

Board Member NtaCCUL 

Madam Akamawah Margaret is a senior accountant and manager with over 30yeara of experience in financial analysis and consultancy. Her goal at NtaCCUL is to orientate cooperators in their business plan and reduce delinquency, improve on better working conditions.

Lum Che Eunice is qualified, experienced devoted and willing serve at NtaCCUL by ensuring that her skills in  administration gotten at different levels will prevail in the execution of her duties while serving NtaCCUL's members.


Member, Supervisory Board

For the Supervisory board; Tse Chrispo Nche was born in 1983 and is business inclined, he has proven exemplary leadership skills in the Professional Drivers union and has been an auditor as well.  He advocates for financial growth and better supervision.

Chi Cyprain Anye was born on February 9th 1977. With his knowledge in Commercial business, being a computer literate and has been involved in small-scale Agriculture, promises best strategies and results while serving members of NtaCCUL in the Supervisory board.

Fru Isaac Taku, Outgoing President 

Outgoing President, Fru Isaac Taku has expressed satisfaction, saying that.."the union is in good hands". To him, the team is qualified; being young and vibrant, applauded them for keeping to the ethics that made them earn the trust of members of the union.

Some members who came for the Annual General Meeting expressed satisfaction that elections were transparent and results were satisfactory.
