Head Teachers in Wum subdivision have expressed their gratitude to the Mayor of Wum Council, Dighambong Anthony Mvo, following the timely distribution of the minimum package ahead of the 2020/2021 school year.

The distribution exercise took place this 29th day of September 2020, as teachers and some pupils and Students gathered at the Wum Town Hall, to recieve the minimum package.
Holiday makers empowered by council
Overwhelmed with joy, the 2020 holiday makers showed gratitude to the Mayor of Wum Council and appreciatied him for his steadfastness in empowering youths of the municipality every summer holiday.
The Mayor appreciated the efforts put in by the teachers for standing by the pupils and students, despite security challenges. He urged them to be steadfast and continue with lessons come October 5th 2020.
