Gathered at the Multifunctional Youth Promotion Centers (CMPJ) in
Yaoundé, the National Training Workshop for Major Trainers generally aims to
optimize the Moral, Civic and Entrepreneurial Rearmament system, face-to-face
and online, and of the socio-economic integration of young people (INSEC), by
sharing with the forty (85) Major Trainers who will be responsible for
duplicating these trainings in the ten (10) regions of the national territory.
The
said workshop was launched on April 19, 2021 by Marc Armand SANDJOCK, Inspector
General of Education and Training Programs and Methods, Ministry of Youth and
Civic Education (MINJEC).
The Special Youth Triennial plan is progressing well because the Mounouna Foutsou spares no effort so that young Cameroonians aged
between 18-35 can experience a personal development in terms of
self-employment.
It is a question for 5 days of; Familiarize participants with
the environment of the REAMORCE digital platform online; Improve the
teaching practices of DAJECs, CMPJ leaders and other stakeholders in the
REAMORCE field by capitalizing on the shortcomings observed;
Improve
understanding of the socio-economic integration models and strategies selected,
as well as the management tools developed for this purpose; Recall the
system for implementing REAMORCE face-to-face and online, and improve the
efficiency of all REAMORCE operations;
Strengthen the capacities of
participants in the design and facilitation of modular face-to-face REAMORCE
sessions; Write scenarios for the development of entrepreneurial
rearmament content; Finalize the program of regional training of trainers
workshops planned in the ten (10) Regions; Validate the business plan for
young people from the 2020 and 2021 vintages; Popularize the management
tools, in particular the business plan models for young people retained within
the framework of the PTS.
It is important to note that the “Special Triennial Youth Plan” is
a global strategic framework around governmental and non-governmental programs
dedicated to the supervision and support of young people, to improve their
integration into productive society and their contribution to the future.

An innovative device to facilitate and accelerate the
socio-economic integration of young people, it constitutes an adequate response
to the various entrepreneurial, civic and moral concerns for a harmonious
implementation and greater participation of young people in the development
process of the Nation.
