Done on July 28th 2022, in Mbe district in Vina, Mounouna Foutsou cuts the ribbon to give access to youths to train themselves and skilled for the job market.
The Wack Youth Center was built on an area of 280 square meters, combined with traditional and modern artifacts, has everything the young people need for their supervision.
The construction of this infrastructure falls within the framework of the major projects for Youths as desired by the President of the Republic of Cameroon, Paul Biya who in 2016 prescribed the Three-Year Special-Youth Plan.
The Secretary General of the Adamawa region, representative of the Governor was in close collaboration with the Minister of Youth affairs and Civic Education (MINJEC), who chaired the inauguration ceremony of the Wack youth center.
The mayor of the municipality of Mbe affirmed that the district for which he is responsible has understood the challenges of involvement of young people in all sectors of economic life.
"This is the reason why the Multifunctional Youth Promotion Center of Mbe was created and the youth center of Wack in the eponymous village has been inaugurated".
The mayor also noted the presence in his administrative, community mediators for the supervision of youths. However, the district of Mbe does not function without difficulties. Mayor Baba asked in the face of this concern, an increase in financial resources to the decentralized structures for a better supervision of the Youth, the allocation of personnel in these decentralized structures or even the equipment made available.
Speaking, the Lamido of Mbe, His Majesty Baba Jean Albert showed gratitude to MINJEC for the Youth center. For the Lamido, there is no doubt that the empowerment of young people through the provision of infrastructure of this nature, is the minister's initiative.
His Majesty indicated that many young people in this constituency are unemployed because they do not have qualifications. It is therefore because of this that he is delighted with the advent of this structure.

Minister Mounouna Foutsou insisted on the fact that the integration of counselors will direct the young people in need towards the government who will inturn meet their needs.
