Minister Mounouna Foutsou joined the ranks of participants of pole 2 and 3 present at the workshop to strengthen the operational capacities of MINJEC officials from central and decentralized services, attached structures, under supervision and training.
On August 3, 2022, present at sports activities, the Youth affairs minister extended messages to the staff and was grateful to the Commander of CIAP for receiving officials of the ministry for a second time.
"Training will allow employees go to the field with a new spirit. I see a real change between the 1st and the last day. I realized that everyone is in their ranks, which means that everyone needs this activity."
"Don't take it as a game but as a reinforcement of your real abilities and go and apply it in the field. I also believe that you have integrated the new strategic framework because you must serve the ministry wherever you will be called".
Manga Adeline, CMPJ leader of Ngoulmakong in the South region reiterated, " we must admit that we were no longer in the habit of getting up at four o'clock with the bodies weighing down. But thanks to this capacity building seminar, we have regained a taste for sport".
Minister Mounouna Foutsou see the sport aspect as more inspiring, and took part in it that morning considering it very important.
"it is important that they themselves continue this activity in their environment for the benefit of the population and youth in particular. I wish to encourage them not to take this activity lightly. as I myself pay special attention" Mounouna Foutsou.
During this same session, the Minjec, attends the ceremony of the raising of the colors, singing of the national anthem and of the delivery of the situation of taking up arms consisting in making the report of its personnel (number of presents, absent, sick among others).
