The biometric youth card (CJB) is an identification and governance tool deployed by the Ministry of Youth and Civic Education (MINJEC), to allow young people to benefit from project financing as well as training at reduced cost services.
It is intended for Cameroonians aged 15 to 35 and valid for 5 years, the holder of the youth biometric card will benefit from a wide range of advantages regarding access to basic social services at reduced cost.
These include discounts for financial transactions and electronic purchases; reduction on the costs of travel tickets and health consultations, advantageous rates at partner universities.
The biometric Youth card allows economic integration through training and offers job and internship opportunities, project financing at preferential rates.
Thus, during this work coordinated by the Minister of Youth and Civic Education, Mounouna Foutsou, the company ITG STORE, partner in implementing the Biometric Youth Card, made a presentation of the online payment software, the acquisition and renewal of the CJB.
